Automatic Thermoforming Machine for Solid Orals

BF 150 is an automatic blister forming machine with alternating system, vertical stations with automatic movement and feed through the electric axis controlled by a brushless motor.

It allows three different methods for loading the product into the pockets: manual, using a special product storage tray made of AISI 316L, automatic, and universal “Full Box” type equipped with a dedicated automatic system of rotating brushes, which automatically moves the product into the pockets by means of format-based tracks.

The BF150 Blister Pack can be equipped with a system for automatic control and detection of pores in cold-formed bags (ALU-ALU) and with the electronic "vision camera" system used to verify the presence of the product and non-conformities inside the pockets.
