Automatic Thermoforming Machine for Medical Items

The BF 50 HT is an automatic alternating-pass thermoforming machine designed for the construction of containers and ampoules for packaging medical items such as syringes, ampoules, bottles and ampoules, as well as blister packaging of various types of liquid and solid products, pharmaceutical, nutritional and dietary products such as capsules, tablets, candies, etc.

The maximum blister-container size achievable with rounded corners is 180x100x27mm in height. The bags are preformed before forming using a perforation system. The machine's electrical and electronic management is via a Siemens PLC (CFR 21 compliant), and the flow rate is controlled by a brushless electronic motor. Main applications: packaging of vials, ampoules, ampoules, and prefilled syringes with an automatic loading system.
