Cutting Line Gämmerler / Rima – Rotary Cutter and Compensating Stacker System

This post-press cutting line combines high-performance Gämmerler rotary cutting technology with a Rima compensating stacker system, creating a complete and efficient solution for industrial finishing and post-press processing.

The line includes two RS 134 Gämmerler rotary cutters, each equipped with two knives, ensuring precise and reliable cutting performance for demanding production environments. The integrated SL 3110 Rima compensating stacker guarantees smooth product accumulation and continuous workflow optimization.

The system is completed with a pressing station jogger waste gate, manual feed from Ferag, transporter, and a 90-degree corner module, providing a fully integrated and flexible finishing line setup.

This configuration is suitable for high-volume printing and post-press operations where precision cutting, stacking control, and efficient material flow are critical.
