The PATTYN ArgoRobot is an advanced robotic case packing and counting solution developed by PATTYN Bakery Division. Manufactured in 2025, this innovative system combines a high-speed counting application with a robotic pick-and-place handling unit, both operating through a shared vision system positioned at the entrance of the main conveyor.

Designed for bakery and food production environments, the ArgoRobot provides maximum flexibility by automatically adapting to different packaging requirements.

Dual-function intelligent system

The ArgoRobot integrates two operational modes:

Robotic sorting mode

When products must be neatly arranged inside the box, the robotic arm picks each item and organizes it precisely according to the predefined pattern.

Bulk counting mode

When products can be placed loosely in the box, the system activates the counting function and sends products in controlled batches for efficient case filling.

Both functions operate using the same advanced vision system, ensuring accurate product detection and optimized workflow.

Performance and capacity

With 1 descent: up to 2,200 products/hour

With 2 descents: up to 1,650 products/hour

High-speed counting capability:

Counts up to 60,000 small products per hour
