Performance and operation

The Tie-Matic HD+ wraps and twists tie material around bags, bundles, wires, or tubing, producing tight and uniform closures every time.

Semi-automatic operation allows production speeds of up to 60 tied bags or bundles per minute, making it approximately five times faster than manual twist tying.

Each cycle delivers 2.5 full turns of tying material for a secure and reliable closure.
