Automatic Cardboard Box Sealer SM44 – Industrial Random & Uniform Case Sealing System (2025)

The SM44 Automatic Cardboard Box Sealer is a fully automatic case sealing machine designed for end-of-line packaging operations. Engineered for high efficiency and operator-free performance, this system automatically adjusts to different box sizes and closes top flaps before sealing both top and bottom with adhesive tape.

Built in compliance with EU/CE safety standards, the SM44 ensures safe, reliable, and continuous industrial operation.

Operational cycle and workflow

The AS24 unit centers each box and allows one box at a time to enter the SM44.

After centering, the box is automatically pushed into the machine.

The SM44 detects the box and raises the upper head accordingly.

Drive belts grip and transport the box through the machine.

Top flaps are automatically folded.

The tape head seals both top and bottom covers simultaneously.

This automated sequence ensures consistent sealing quality and high productivity.
