The Automatic Box Assembler F144 / F344 is a high-performance corrugated cardboard carton erector designed for efficient, reliable, and continuous box forming operations. This fully automatic system assembles flattened cartons, folds the bottom flaps, and seals them securely with adhesive tape, preparing boxes for filling and downstream packaging processes.

Engineered for integration into complete packaging lines, the machine ensures synchronized operation with packing machines, transport conveyors, and carton sealers.

Main Functional Features

• Automatic corrugated cardboard box assembling

• Bottom flap folding and sealing with adhesive tape (K11 standard – K12 on request)

• Adjustable for different box sizes

• Motorized storage system for up to 150 boxes (300 boxes – ML version on request)

• Box storage configurable on left (SX) or right (DX) side

• Two compressed-air-driven carriers (SMC + BOSCH – Festo optional)

• BECKER vacuum pump (Ventury optional)

• Motorized drive belts (2 × 0.18 HP motors)

• PLC control system (Omron – other brands available on request)
