The PINTRO® P1000 is the largest and most powerful skewer forming machine in the PINTRO® range, designed for high-capacity, semi-automatic production of skewers. Engineered to thread skewers with the same precision and appearance as hand-pierced products, this machine delivers a handcrafted look with uniform quality, making it ideal for professional food producers.

The P1000 is intended for large-scale food production environments, including suppliers to the hospitality industry and companies specializing in kebabs, satays, and skewered products. Despite its high output capacity, the machine is easy to operate and requires only one operator to manage the process. Depending on the number of ingredients per skewer, two to four additional workers are needed to place ingredients on the product holders.

For even higher efficiency, the PINTRO® P1000 can be integrated with the PINTRO® Pick & Place robotic system. This automated solution fills the product holders automatically, reducing labor requirements to a single operator while enabling production rates of up to 800 skewers per hour.
