The ONV Stacker Module is an automatic stacking solution designed for round or square pascualina dough covers, with or without a separator. Engineered for continuous and high-speed operation, the system efficiently delivers stacked pairs of pascualina covers directly to the machine outlet without interrupting production flow.

The stacker is capable of operating at the maximum production speed of the JUNIOR 600 equipment, reaching up to 3,600 pairs per hour. It ensures accurate stacking and alignment of dough covers, whether a separator is used or not, maintaining consistent output quality throughout the production cycle.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the stacker integrates sanitary polyurethane plastic modular mesh conveyors, both curved and counter-curved, combined with dual conveyor belts coated in white sanitary PVC. This design ensures hygienic operation, smooth product transfer, and easy cleaning.

The system is equipped with two independent controls that connect directly to the cutting equipment’s variable speed drives, allowing synchronized operation and precise speed matching within the production line.
