The ONV Mini Junior is a compact and easy-to-use empanada disc cutter designed for precise sizing, cutting, and stacking of empanada dough discs. Developed for efficient and consistent production, this machine supports disc diameters ranging from 8 cm to 16 cm, making it suitable for a wide variety of empanada and pastry formats.

The equipment performs dough calibration, cutting, and stacking in a single streamlined process. Stacking can be carried out with or without a 15-micron square polyethylene separator, depending on production requirements. The system ensures complete recovery of dough trimmings, which are returned clean and free of polyethylene, minimizing waste and improving yield.

The Mini Junior supports multiple cutting formats, including copetin, pastelito, traditional 12 cm empanada discs, and rotisserie-style discs up to 16 cm.
