The ONV AR2-LC is an automatic rotary empanada assembly machine designed for efficient and continuous production starting directly from pre-cut dough discs. Thanks to its rotating design, the AR2-LC occupies very little space, making it suitable for facilities with limited floor area. Despite its compact footprint, the machine delivers a production capacity of approximately 350 empanadas per hour and requires only one operator, optimizing labor efficiency and workflow.

The machine features ONV’s innovative HiSTec cleaning system, allowing all accessories and components to be wet-cleaned and safely washed using pressurized water. This ensures excellent hygiene standards and significantly reduces cleaning time.
