The IFA Semi-Automatic Loader is designed to be adapted to any deck oven and features a painted steel column structure with a central counterweight system. Loading and unloading operations are motorized, ensuring smooth and controlled movements. An advanced counterweight system allows precise raising and lowering of the mechanism, while the fixed aluminum frame ensures stability during operation. The loader includes two-speed setter movements with reverse belt rotation, top and floor rails for manual movement, and a handle to lock the setter at the correct deck height for accurate oven alignment. In case of power failure, the loader can operate in manual mode. On request, a stainless steel setter frame and a steam activation button on the control panel are available.

The IFA Manual Charger offers a practical solution for bakeries requiring simple and reliable manual loading operations. Designed to fit any deck oven, it features a steel and aluminum frame with manual loading and unloading. It is supplied with one setter with a slim end, sliding rails for up-and-down movement, side counterweights at the oven front, and a handle to lock the frame at hood height. A folded front section allows safe positioning, with the rest position aligned at hood height.

In addition to oven loading systems, the mac.pan accessories range includes stainless steel carriages and trolleys designed for looms, rotary kilns, and tray handling. These components ensure smooth internal transport, durability, and hygienic operation in daily production environments.
