The system utilizes high-pressure resistant Mannesmann steel tubes combined with advanced insulation and steam generation, ensuring optimal heat inertia, efficient energy usage, and superior product quality across all baking decks.

High-pressure Mannesmann outer tubes

Outer heating tubes feature an external diameter of 35 mm with a wall thickness of 5.5 mm, providing exceptional pressure resistance and long service life.

Mannesmann double-cross tube system

Double-cross tubes with a diameter of 27 mm and thickness of 4 mm ensure efficient heat distribution throughout the baking chamber.

Robotized MIG & TIG welding

All tubes are welded using MIG and TIG processes performed by computerized welding robots, guaranteeing precision, strength, and consistency.

Refractory brick hot air ducts

Hot air ducts constructed from refractory bricks provide excellent heat retention and even air circulation.

High thermal inertia insulation
