The mac.pan Conical Rounder is a professional dough rounding machine designed for efficient and uniform rounding of soft and medium-consistency doughs. Engineered for reliable bakery production, this machine ensures consistent spherical dough portions while preserving dough structure and quality.

The body of the machine is constructed from solid steel metalwork, while all components are built entirely from stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring high hygiene standards, durability, and ease of cleaning. The rounding process is achieved by a rotating cone that rolls the dough along a concave spiral guide, producing smooth and uniform dough balls with excellent shape consistency.

The machine features a belt-driven system for smooth and reliable operation. A mechanical brush flour remover is integrated to reduce excess flour during rounding, with an optional adjustable flow available to suit different dough types and production requirements.

Mounted on swivel wheels and equipped with a locking system, the conical rounder offers easy mobility within the bakery while ensuring stable positioning during operation.
