The mac.pan Cuba Libre Fork Mixer is a professional hydraulic mixing machine designed for gentle yet efficient processing of dough in bakery and food production environments. Engineered to preserve dough structure and improve mixing consistency, this fork mixer is ideal for artisan and industrial bakeries requiring precise dough handling.

The machine features a galvanized electro-welded steel frame, combined with painted steel or stainless steel cladding for durability and hygiene. Buckets, blades, and protective grates are manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and easy cleaning.

A food-grade polyethylene press made from PE500 is integrated into the system, along with an inner lid surface in PE500 and food-grade PETG polyethylene plates. The machine operates hydraulically, with all main functions—pressing, cutting, and blade cleaning—controlled intuitively via a joystick, offering precise and ergonomic operation.

A selector allows the operator to choose between two pressure modes, high or low, providing flexibility to adapt the mixing process to different dough types and production requirements.
