The continuous butter production lines include cream maturation tanks, transfer pumps, interconnection piping systems, and chemical cleaning-in-place (CIP) plants, ensuring hygienic and efficient processing throughout all stages. Designed for reliability and ease of integration, these systems support consistent butter quality and optimized production workflows.

Automatic packaging machines included in the line are designed to work with percel or laminated paper, supporting both continuous and centered printing. The equipment can also be supplied with a hot stamping date system, ensuring accurate product traceability and compliance with packaging standards.

The packaging lines are capable of high production speeds, delivering up to 50 loaves per minute for 100 g and 200 g butter portions, and up to 40 loaves per minute for 500 g formats.
