FRISHER automatic dispensers for paliteras are advanced flavor dosing systems designed for the industrial and artisanal manufacturing of popsicle sticks and ice cream lollipops. These dispensers ensure precise, repeatable filling of molds, enabling a wide variety of flavor and color combinations with consistent quality.

The system is modular and consists of three main dispensing units—DM1, DM2, and DM3—each designed for specific production requirements. All dispensers operate automatically and in coordination, with centralized control managed from the DM1 control panel.

DM1 – First Flavor Dispenser

DM1 is installed at the beginning of the production process and automatically loads the molds with the liquid mix. Once filling is completed, the mold is automatically transferred into the working tank. DM1 also serves as the main control unit, regulating the operation of the other dispensers in the line.

DM2 – Second Flavor Dispenser

DM2 is used for producing two-flavor or two-color popsicle sticks. When DM1 is programmed to fill only half of each mold cavity, DM2 completes the filling process. Both dispensers operate in perfect synchronization, ensuring uniform filling and consistent product appearance.

DM3 – Filled Popsicle Dispenser

DM3 is designed for producing filled popsicle sticks with one flavor on the outside and another on the inside. This process is achieved by suctioning out part of the liquid after the mold has been immersed in the cooling tank and the outer shell has solidified. When the mold reaches the DM2 position, the cavity is filled with the second flavor, creating a filled core product.

Thanks to the precision of the dispensing components, the system allows high repeatability, excellent visual results, and flexible flavor combinations.
