The castor features a pressed sheet steel housing combined with a die-cast aluminium wheel body and Extrathane polyurethane tread. This construction provides high resistance to wear, corrosion, and heavy loads while ensuring low rolling resistance and smooth operation.

The wheel runs on precision ball bearings, allowing efficient movement even under significant load. From a wheel diameter of 125 mm, the wheels are designed with spokes, improving structural strength and durability.
