The BLACK self-tipping container is a practical and robust solution for the collection, transport, and controlled disposal of chips, liquids, and industrial waste in workshops and production environments.

The container features an optimized tilting shaft position, allowing automatic tipping and convenient unlocking directly from the forklift seat. This design increases efficiency and safety during material handling operations.

Its water- and oil-tight welded trough with folded edge ensures reliable containment of liquids and solids. The integrated sieve and drain tap allow liquids to be separated from solid materials, making the container particularly suitable for handling metal chips and coolant residues.

The solid sheet steel chassis with forklift pockets ensures stable transport with forklifts, while the plastic-coated safety cable provides additional operational security.

For easy maneuverability, the container is equipped with polyurethane wheels, including two swivel castors with double stop function and two fixed wheels with ball bearings.

The container is powder-coated and can be supplied in several colors including RAL 5012 light blue, RAL 6000 patina green, RAL 7035 light grey, or RAL 7016 anthracite grey.

Optional versions are available in stainless steel, corrosion-resistant materials, or hot-dip galvanized finish upon request.
