Scope of Application

This machine is specifically designed for the heating, melting, and thermal circulation of chocolate paste. It ensures uniform temperature control and consistent texture, making it ideal for chocolate production lines that require precise handling of viscous, heat-sensitive materials. The unit is suitable for melting, mixing, and maintaining the fluidity of chocolate paste during processing or before enrobing and molding.

Product Description

The 500L chocolate paste tank is constructed entirely from 304 food-grade stainless steel, including the lid, ensuring long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and full compliance with food hygiene standards. Its design integrates an internal hot water circulation system, which provides gentle and even heating throughout the tank to preserve chocolate quality and prevent scorching.

The system uses a built-in circulation pump located in the oil pan to distribute hot water evenly around the jacket, with a temperature range of 0°C to 100°C, and is regulated through an automatic temperature control system for continuous and stable operation.
