This model is available in 200-liter and 300-liter capacity variants. The inner pan features a thickness of 5 mm, while the outer steel pipe is 4 mm thick, offering durability and optimal thermal insulation. The system operates at a steam pressure of 0.4 MPa and can reach heating temperatures up to 167°C.

Mixing is performed at a stirring speed of 30 rpm, driven by a 1.5 kW motor. The inner pan diameter is 800 mm for the 200L version and 900 mm for the 300L version, and the overall unit weight is approximately 350 kg.
