The HTL-T series Multifunction Candy Depositing Line is a fully automatic hard candy and lollipop production system independently developed by Haitel. It is designed to meet the modern demands of mass production with high efficiency, consistent quality, and versatility in shape, color, and flavor.

The line integrates advanced features such as continuous pouring, automatic demoulding, and fan-forced cooling, making it a comprehensive solution for industrial candy manufacturing. By changing molds or depositing heads, the system can flexibly produce multi-colored, multi-flavored, or filled candies in various shapes—including traditional hard candies and lollipops.

The HTL-T series candy depositing line is available in four capacity models to meet varying production needs:

• The HTL-T150 model offers a production capacity of 150 kg per hour. It requires 8 kW of power and consumes 0.20 m³/min of compressed air. The overall dimensions of the machine are 8500 × 1100 × 1800 mm, and its total weight is approximately 3000 kg.
• The HTL-T300 model is designed for medium-scale operations with a capacity of 300 kg per hour. It operates at 12 kW and requires 0.25 m³/min of compressed air. The machine measures 10,000 × 1600 × 1800 mm and weighs around 3500 kg.
• For higher output demands, the HTL-T450 delivers up to 450 kg per hour, powered by a 16 kW system and consuming 0.40 m³/min of compressed air. Its dimensions are 10,000 × 2200 × 1800 mm, with a total weight of 4200 kg.
• The largest model, HTL-T600, supports a maximum capacity of 600 kg per hour. It consumes 20 kW of power and requires 0.45 m³/min of compressed air. The machine size is 10,000 × 2600 × 1800 mm, with a total weight of approximately 5000 kg.
