The HTL series horizontal flow wrapping machines, including models HTL-280B, HTL-280E, HTL-350, HTL-450, and HTL-550, are high-efficiency packaging systems designed for wrapping regular-shaped items across various industries. These machines operate using dual frequency converter control, with an optional upgrade to servo motor technology. This configuration allows the bag length to be set and cut immediately, eliminating idle film feeding and significantly saving both time and packaging material.

A user-friendly human-machine interface enables fast and convenient parameter settings. The machine features an intelligent fault self-diagnosis function, which displays system errors in real-time for easy troubleshooting. It uses high-sensitivity photoelectric color mark tracking, combined with digital input, to ensure precise sealing and cutting positioning. Independent PID temperature control allows it to adapt to a wide range of packaging materials with consistent performance.

A positioning stop function ensures the blade never sticks to the film when the machine halts, thus avoiding film waste. The transmission system is simple in design, offering reliable performance and easier maintenance. All control functions are software-based, making it easy to upgrade and modify features without altering the hardware setup.

This series is suitable for packaging all kinds of regularly shaped items such as mooncakes, snow cakes, egg yolk pies, chocolate, candy, bread, instant noodles, biscuits, pharmaceutical products, daily necessities, industrial parts, cartons, and tray-packed goods.

Each model offers different specifications to suit various product sizes and production requirements. The HTL-280B model handles bag lengths from 90 to 220 mm or 150 to 330 mm, with a width range of 50 to 140 mm and a product height of up to 40 mm. The HTL-280E, designed for smaller items, accommodates bag lengths between 20 and 115 mm or 45 and 90 mm, with widths of 30 to 80 mm and a maximum product height of 35 mm.

The HTL-350 allows bag lengths of 90 to 220 mm or 150 to 320 mm and widths of 50 to 170 mm, handling product heights up to 40 mm. The HTL-450 model supports bag lengths from 130 to 360 mm, widths between 50 and 260 mm, and product heights up to 50 mm. The largest in the range, HTL-550, is suitable for bag lengths of 180 to 440 mm and the same width range as the HTL-450, but with an increased product height of up to 100 mm.

All models support film widths appropriate to their design, ranging from 180 mm to 550 mm, and feature a maximum rewind diameter of 300 mm. The machines run at varying speeds, from 30 to 350 bags per minute, depending on the specific model and product. They operate on a 220V or 380V power supply at 50Hz, with power consumption ranging from 2.5 kW to 3 kW. The HTL-280B, HTL-280E, and HTL-350 models weigh approximately 650 kg and measure around 4000 × 950 × 1450 mm. The HTL-450 and HTL-550 are larger and heavier, measuring approximately 4200 × 1250 × 1750 mm and weighing 1000 kg.
