The HTL-V Series vertical packaging machines are built for high-performance, automated packaging operations across various industries. The use of a vacuum belt film pulling system ensures low resistance during operation, excellent bag shape, and minimal wear on the belts. A dual servo control system allows for precise film positioning and accurate bag sizing, while an external film-loading mechanism greatly simplifies film changes.

Operators can easily adjust bag alignment directly from the touchscreen panel, making real-time corrections user-friendly and fast. It supports roll film up to 420 millimeters wide and is capable of packaging 5 to 60 bags per minute. The filling volume ranges between 150 to 1200 milliliters. It operates at an air pressure of 0.65 MPa and consumes 0.3 cubic meters of air per minute. Powered by 220V and 2.2 kW, the machine measures approximately 1320 × 950 × 1260 mm and weighs around 540 kilograms.

HTL-V520

This mid-range model supports larger bags with lengths between 80 and 400 millimeters and widths from 80 to 250 millimeters. It can handle roll films up to 520 millimeters wide and operates at a speed of 5 to 50 bags per minute. The machine supports a filling volume of up to 3000 milliliters. It runs at an air pressure of 0.65 MPa with an air consumption of 0.4 cubic meters per minute. Compatible with roll films up to 680 millimeters wide, the machine delivers a production rate of 5 to 50 bags per minute and supports up to 6000 milliliters in filling volume.
