Grinding process overview
Raw material is fed into the crushing chamber, where it is pulverized through a combination of impact, shearing, friction, and particle collision. These actions occur between a high-speed rotating toothed disc and a stationary disc, ensuring efficient size reduction.
The processed material is then passed through a screening system to achieve the desired powder fineness, delivering uniform and controlled output suitable for food-grade applications.
