Grinding Process

The material is fed into the crushing chamber, where it is pulverized through a combination of impact, shearing, friction, and collision between particles. These actions occur between the rotating toothed disc and the stationary disc, both operating at high speeds. The resulting material is then passed through a screen to achieve the desired powder consistency.

The FSJ-420 model is a high-performance grinding machine designed for efficiency and precision. It achieves a grinding fineness of 60 to 80 mesh, making it ideal for producing fine powders suitable for various industrial applications. With a production capacity of 400 to 500 kg per hour, it supports high-throughput operations while maintaining consistent quality.

The machine operates at a spindle speed of 4000 revolutions per minute, powered by an 11 kW main motor, ensuring strong and stable performance even under continuous use. Its overall dimensions are 3500 mm in length, 820 mm in width, and 2500 mm in height, allowing for easy integration into standard processing lines.
