PATTYN BAKERY DIVISION offers a unique system that combines a counting application and a robotic handling system that share the same vision system at the entrance to the main conveyor.

– When products need to be sorted in the box, the system will use the robotic function to pick the products and organize them inside the box.

– When products can be placed in bulk in the box, the system will use the counting function, and the products will be sent to the box in batches.

Its capacities are:

– With 1 descent: up to 2,200 products/hour.

– With 2 descents: up to 1,650 products/hour.

The ArgoRobot counts up to 60,000 small products/hour.
