Fruit Slicer and Shredder

The “Mod. SCMA” slicer is an automatic machine for cutting melons and pineapples into chunks and strips.

The operator has to load the peeled and halved fruits onto a conveyor belt.

The machine consists of two cutting stations: the first is a guillotine-like cutting unit for horizontally slicing fruit; the second is a cutting unit with circular blades for cutting fruit into strips. If you want to cut fruit into chunks, only the second cutting station is needed; if you want to cut into pieces, both cutting stations are required.
