Stainless steel tank for external use

Suitable for large milk collection centers or for outdoor storage in large dairy production plants, it is also used in other food and pharmaceutical industries   for the storage of liquid products. This equipment is equipped with system cleaning devices, an agitator, a sight glass, and a thermometer and level indicator.

Material: All material used is high quality SUS304-2B or SUS316L stainless steel, inner thickness=3-4mm and outer thickness=2mm and δ cooling jacket=1.5mm;

Structure: cylindrical shape, 15 degree conical top cover, with skirt base, with PU (polyurethane) as thermal insulation, with cooling on the tank wall and base.

Volumes: 15,000 L     to     120,000 L

Standard accessories:

a) An air connection;

b) A   side-mounted agitator;

c) A PT100 thermometer, temperature range 0 ~ 100ºc;

d) Two CIP cleaning balls;

e) An aseptic sample valve;

f) Vent valve;

g)   Product inlet/outlet connection;

h) Inlet/outlet cooling medium connection;

i) The level sensor;

j) Ladder with circle protection and a protective fence on the top of the tank.
