ILERSAC A – automatic positioner for open mouth bags

Automatic open-mouth bag inserter. Handles paper, laminated raffia, and plastic bags. Suitable for flat bags without side gussets. Can also handle side-gusset bags without retrieving the gussets before closing.

Production of up to 720 bags/h

Typical applications: feed, seeds, cereals, sugar, granulated products in general.

It can incorporate any type of dosage depending on the product to be bagged, either in gross weight or net weight mode, depending on the required production.

Bagging mouth with internal opening, pneumatic or motorized depending on the variety of formats to be handled.

Double empty bag warehouse with automatic changeover for greater autonomy without having to stop the unit.

The bags are placed in the filling opening using swing arms. The bag opening is then conditioned (stretched and ironed) at the same filling opening to enable subsequent sealing.

You can optionally incorporate different modules according to each application, such as:

Automation of adjustments: motorized belt height adjustment

Lateral impact, vibration or deaeration of the product for its correct settlement inside the bags

Bag extraction system with side bellows using a shutter-type assembly

Motorized guidance of the bag mouth, suitable for products that cause instability when transporting full bags prior to closing.

Special versions with anti-corrosion protection and for equipment placement in ATEX zones.
