Automatic Piston Filler

The automatic volumetric filler is ideal for automatically filling   viscous products in plastic or glass containers with capacities ranging from 20 ml to 20 L, using pneumatic cylinders.

All movements are driven pneumatically and are controlled by a PLC.

It also has a touch screen to adjust different parameters.

NEMA 4 electrical box allowing for faster and easier cleaning

The equipment can be fed directly from the product storage tank.

The height of the filling nozzles is adjusted manually using a handwheel.

The equipment is designed with a Quick Change system   that allows for rapid, tool-free adjustments to switch between different containers.

Equipment manufactured in 304 and 316 stainless steel (for contact with product).
