Automatic Overflow Filler

The equipment is designed to work with an overflow filling system, controlled by a programmable logic controller. The liquid pumping system can be operated by a pneumatic double diaphragm pump or a centrifugal pump. It has a conveyor for bottle entry and exit, as well as brakes for alignment. The spouts are automatically actuated by a pneumatic system. Filling capacities range from 10 cc to 20 L. The product storage tank has an electronic level sensor that automatically activates the feed valve, thus regulating the product level in the tank. The spouts are mounted in groups of 1 to 12 spouts on a variable guide. The height of the spouts is controlled by a handwheel. The equipment is available in two different finishes: epoxy paint or 304 stainless steel.
