The Z-Model Automatic Straight Sealer is ideal for automatically grouping and packaging products on cardboard pads or trays and is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the 50-35 and 70-45 shrink tunnels.

The equipment features a grouping system that automatically organizes the arrays of products to be packaged. It also has a carton dispenser that automatically feeds the cartons to the transfer table for wrapping. The package is wrapped using heat-shrinkable film with a longitudinal seal, and the shrinkage is subsequently performed in the tunnel. For this purpose, the equipment features a programmable controller that sets the sealing time and a film feeder at the top or bottom. The equipment is constructed of carbon steel and finished with epoxy paint. This packaging system will allow you to substantially save your production costs by replacing corrugated cardboard boxes with heat-shrinkable wrap, which is eight times more economical.
