The Automatic Straight Sealer model L is ideal for grouping and packaging products automatically on pads or cardboard trays and is specially designed to work in conjunction with the 50-35 and 70-45 heat shrink tunnels.

The equipment features a grouping system that automatically organizes the arrays of products to be packaged. It also features a carton dispenser that automatically feeds cartons to the transfer table for wrapping.

The package is wrapped using a heat-shrinkable film with a longitudinal seal, and the shrink wrap is subsequently performed in the tunnel. For this purpose, the equipment features a programmable controller that sets the sealing time and a film feeder at the top or bottom. The equipment is constructed of carbon steel and finished with epoxy paint. This packaging system will allow you to substantially save on your production costs by replacing corrugated cardboard boxes with heat-shrink wrap, which is eight times more economical.
