Bottle washing and rinsing machines

Self-contained bottle rinsers, as well as rinsing machines integrated into monoblocks. Typically, in these types of machines, spraying occurs regardless of the presence of the bottle in the respective grippers. Our bottle rinsers can use water, air (called bottle air blowers), or the product being filled. The latter is typically used in the spirits bottling industry to prevent any possible dilution of the alcohol with water residue.

The treatment time for the injected fluids is controlled and controlled by a special type of rotary distributor. However, upon request, we can supply a version with spray control valves.

The bottle gripper can perform double opening of the gripping hand and has the same construction and reliability features as the penetrating nozzle versions.
