Hot melt wraparound labeling.

This fully automatic rotary labeler has been specifically designed for the economical wrap-around labeling of glass, plastic, and metal containers.

Hot-melt labeling with pre-cut labels works without complicated roller gluing.

The hot melt is applied to the container economically at points using the GERNEP-HotSpot nozzle system, and the label is removed directly from the magazine. Final bonding is performed via a continuous vertical bonding platform. This streamlined and clean bonding technology not only saves format parts but also minimizes the amount of daily cleaning work.

ROLLINA-R: In addition to hot-melt labeling, due to its modern and user-friendly round design, the ROLLINA can be equipped with other aggregates for wet glue and/or self-adhesive labeling like the Rollina-R version.
