This versatile semi-automatic labeler applies self-adhesive labels to cylindrical and square bottles, jars, and other rigid containers.

This semi-automatic labeling machine can be used to apply self-adhesive labels to bottles, jars, and other cylindrical and square containers.

The machine is also capable of labeling bottles and containers with low mechanical resistance to pressure (PET, PE, PVC plastic bottles, etc.).

The bottle is placed horizontally on the labeling machine reels.

The front and back of the bottle can be labeled during the same cycle (maximum taper of 1°). Upon request, we can provide the machine preconfigured with one of our kits, which allow you to customize labels and adapt the process to your needs:

* Hot foil printer

* Inkjet printer

* Photocell, also known as “detector” for applying transparent labels

* Kit for labeling square or cylindrical bottles, which have a square base
