The process occurs in two phases.

In the first phase, the film is formed into a tube and sealed longitudinally around the product. In the second phase, the vacuum and transverse seal are performed. At the same time, changes from one package size or shape to another do not require any line changes; therefore, the machine can operate continuously, resulting in significant cost and time savings while increasing productivity.
