Automatic Cardboard Box Sealers

Machines capable of adjusting to different box sizes and closing the top flaps of the boxes automatically (without an operator).

They are machines with safety protection doors, which if   opened, will automatically stop the pneumatic and electrical operation (CE compliant).

Duty cycle

AS24 centers   the boxes and allows one box at a time to   enter the SM44

The box,   after being   centered, is pushed into the machine.

The SM44 detects the box and allows the upper head to rise.

The drive belts close and drive the box through the SM44

The machine closes the top flaps

The tape head seals the top and bottom covers

Movements through   linear guides with self-lubricating bearings
