Linear Heat Shrink Wrapping Machine

Design and manufacture of rectangular bottle packing machines at a speed of 14 boxes per minute.

The system receives bottles in single-line form and divides them into different channels. They are grouped into the predetermined package, and the machine separates the bottles, places them on the pre-assembled cardboard box, and then proceeds to deposit them inside the box.

Once the process is complete, the system removes the full box and places another empty box under the bottle grouping system to repeat the cycle.
