Automatic Skewer Forming Machine

PINTRO® P1000 is the largest of the PINTRO® skewer machines. This semi-automatic skewer machine threads skewers together as if they were hand-pierced. This machine is intended for large-scale food producers, such as suppliers to the hospitality industry or other companies that produce kebabs, satays, and skewers in large quantities. The final product appears handcrafted yet uniform, ensuring consistent quality.

One operator is required to operate the machine, while two to four workers are needed to place the ingredients on the product holders. More or fewer workers may be needed, depending on the number of ingredients per skewer. The P1000 is easy for everyone to use.

PINTRO® P1000 is ideal for use with PINTRO® Pick & Place. This robotic system ensures automatic filling of the product holders, meaning only one operator is needed to make a large number of skewers at a time (up to 800 per hour).
