DESCRIPTION

The ML 600 MULTILINES have been designed to quickly and easily produce products from laminated dough with or without filling. In the case of EMPANADAS, the ML receives the folded or rolled dough close to the final thickness, calibrates the thickness, joins the successive sheets, moistens the surface of the dough if necessary, deposits the appropriate amount of filling, folds it into a double tube, presses it down, stamping a closing design, cuts, and delivers the product ready for baking or cold storage.

With simple accessory changes, the ML can produce dough cuts of different shapes with or without the deposit of creamy substance on its surface, various pastry products, dosage of different types of fillings with or without solid elements in suspension such as the usual empanada fillings, etc.
