DESCRIPTION

Easy-to-use equipment for calibrating, cutting, and stacking 8 to 16 cm discs with a 15-micron square polyethylene separator. Stacking is achieved with or without a separator, with complete recovery of the dough trimmings, free of polyethylene.

Copetin, pastelito, traditional 12cm and rotisseries up to 16cm.
