The equipment is a manual device for assembling empanadas, which allows for forming and sealing in a single operation, with the possibility of exchanging molds to vary the sealing format and empanada size.

MAINTENANCE

Approximately every 150 working hours, clean and lubricate the shaft where the mold-holding jaws pivot.
