IFA Semi-Automatic Loader

Can be adapted to any deck oven. Painted steel column structure with central counterweight. Loading and unloading operations are motorized. Advanced counterweight system for smooth raising and lowering of the mechanism. Belt return must be done manually. Fixed aluminum frame. On request, the stainless steel setter frame is available. 2 speed movements for the setter with reverse belt rotation. Top and floor rail for manual movement of the loader. Equipped with a handle to lock the setter at the correct deck height. for aligning the incubator to the front of the oven. Possibility of working in manual mode in case of power off. On request, press the steam button on the loader control panel.
