Annular Tube Deck Furnace

Manessman high pressure resistant outer tubes have an external diameter of 35 mm and a thickness of 5.5 mm.

Manessman double-cross tubes have an external diameter of 27 mm and a thickness of 4 mm. The tubes are welded using MIG and TIG welding techniques and are performed using computerized welding robots. The hot air ducts are made of refractory bricks. The tubes are insulated with cement, ensuring excellent thermal inertia. Steam generators are positioned in the middle of the hot air duct, thus producing a considerable amount of steam. The firing platform doors are made of counterweighted tempered glass.

The lightest touch is enough to open and close them quickly and safely. The following options are available upon request: solid fuel side oven, upward-opening doors, special platform crown height, electric platform, and digital control panel. Product loading and unloading can be done using a dedicated loader and/or manual installers.
