Bakery Series Convection Oven

The Bakery line  consists of a complete range of convection ovens (with or without humidification) ideal for baking all types of brioches, pizzas, pastries, frozen or pre-baked bread, and catering. They are therefore indispensable for bars, snack bars, sandwich shops, pizzerias, self-service restaurants, and restaurants. The line is completed with proofers and a variety of accessories available upon request.
