Thermal silos for raw milk are constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and have the following construction characteristics:

Vertical cylindrical format.

Inner body, conical roof, inverted conical bottom with thickness according to capacity.

Marine propeller type side agitator in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Temperature sensor and pressure level sensor with remote digital indicator.

Top vent with CIP cleaning device.

Chemical cleaning plants (CIP)

These devices are designed according to the capabilities and specific characteristics of the plant where they will be installed.

It has insulated tanks for nitric acid and caustic soda solutions, and complementary tanks for reusable water and potable water for rinsing.

They can be manually operated or fully automatic, with PLC-controlled wash recipes and complete flow, temperature, and conductivity control systems.
