MMF Maturing Tanks feature:

• AISI 304 stainless steel lining

• Rectangular drums(*) that optimize performance and reduce space

• Electronic indicator of mixing temperature

• Three-phase agitator motor with automatic and/or manual control

• Mixture agitation programming and timing

• Bath temperature regulation using a recirculation pump

• Mixture outlet valve with a diameter of 38 mm

(*) in models up to 150 liters

We also have 300- and 500-liter cold water tanks.

In Frisher's MMF ripening tanks, the mixture remains at a temperature of 0° to 4°C for as long as the customer requires.
