AUTOMATIC DISPENSERS FOR PALITERAS

CHARACTERISTICS:

DM1

First Flavor Dispenser. This unit, installed at the beginning of the process, automatically loads the mold with the liquid mix.

Once this operation is completed, the filled mold is automatically placed into the working tank.

The operation of the other dispensers is regulated from the DM #1 dispenser control panel.

Thanks to the precision of the components used in the dispensers, a wide range of flavor and color combinations can be achieved with great repeatability.

DM2

Second Flavor Dispenser. When DM #1 is programmed to fill only half of each mold cavity, DM #2 completes the filling, making popsicle sticks in two different flavors/colors.

The two dispensers work completely automatically and in coordination.

DM3

This dispenser makes filled popsicle sticks, meaning they have one flavor on the outside and another on the inside. It's obtained by suctioning out the remaining liquid a couple of minutes after the mold has been immersed in the cooling tank, when the "shell" of the cavity has solidified. Then, when the mold advances to the position where DM #2 is located, the cavity is filled with the second flavor.
